Cornered by a male lion, the mother pig suddenly counterattacked and bit off the lion’s tail to save her cubs from death.

A dramatic video captured a herd of warty pigs calmly playing on the grass, when suddenly a female lion appeared.

It quickly grabbed an immature pig with its sharp claws and tried to finish off its prey.

But before the lion could carry out his plan, the mother pig appeared and immediately launched an aggressive attack.

Its attack was effective, sending both the lion and the cub flying off the ground. When landing, the lion quickly found a way to escape and gave up the idea of hunting.
